Bronwyn Baillie

Hello, I’m Bronwyn — though most people just call me Dr Bron!

Born and raised in the Riverina, and later settling in Dubbo with my family as a teen, I’m a proud country girl at heart. After ten years in Brisbane expanding my skills in women’s health and paediatrics, I’m thrilled to be back home in the Central West, caring for the community that shaped me.

I hold a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences (Human Structure & Function) and a Master of Osteopathic Medicine, both from Southern Cross University (SCU).

During my time in Brisbane, I founded the Dr Bron Osteo Clinic in East Brisbane. I worked closely with leading local midwifery groups including Kindred Midwifery & Obstetrics Group, Hatch Maternity Services and a wide network of dedicated midwives across private and public settings throughout QLD and Northern NSW. These partnerships strengthened my hands-on experience in pregnancy, postpartum and paediatric care.

Special Interests

I’ve invested deeply in continued education, particularly in women’s health and family-focused osteopathy with further professional development in:

●      Preconception, pregnancy & postpartum osteopathic care

●      Menstrual cycle education for mothers and daughters

●      Pelvic health support (Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, PCOS)

●      Perimenopause & menopause support

●      Paediatric wellbeing and early development

I’ve collaborated extensively with Lactation Consultants, Orofacial Myologists and Functional Dentists to support infant feeding, oral function and healthy growth. I’ve also contributed as a panel speaker for QENDO (Queensland Endometriosis Association) and helped co-organise a Women’s Health Symposium in Brisbane — work that reflects my passion for education, empowerment and community connection.

Who I Treat

While women’s health is the backbone of my clinical practice, I genuinely love treating the full spectrum of patients — from tiny newborns to busy parents, right through to grandparents. It’s a privilege to walk alongside families at every stage of life.

My Approach to Care

I believe the best healthcare is collaborative, compassionate and community-driven. I enjoy working with other like-minded practitioners to deliver holistic, evidence-informed and family-focused care that makes people feel genuinely supported — not just treated.

A Little About Me

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll usually find me soaking up the simple things: a good local coffee, women’s health podcast, a crafting project (currently battling with learning crochet) or planning the next camping trip with my partner, Mitch.

I’m so excited to reconnect with the Central West and feel genuinely honoured to support the wellbeing of families across our region.

I look forward to meeting you and your family soon.

Catherine McDuling

Hi! I’m Catherine!

I’m excited to be providing the Dubbo community with Osteopathy and Strength and Conditioning services after moving here with my family in early 2024.

I completed my Osteopathic training at Victoria University in Melbourne and have over 10 years’ experience working in rural and regional Australia.

I strongly believe in the benefits of a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare, working with you and your care team to provide you with the best possible outcome. My main passion is working with sportspeople, particularly female athletes (although I love helping people of all ages and backgrounds). I strive to help athletes of all abilities to be their best by bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance. I achieve this through a unique combination of osteopathy (manual therapy), rehab exercises and strength and conditioning coaching.

During my high school years, I competed at the national level in track and field but experienced multiple injuries, aches and pains, seeing many different practitioners without experiencing any lasting results. It wasn’t until I was treated by an osteopath and commenced a core strengthening program that I was able to overcome my back pain and return to competition. It is this experience which led me to pursue osteopathy, so that I could help other athletes to get the most out of their sport.

I’ve continued to develop my knowledge and skillset, completing post-graduate courses relating to running technique and rehab, management of sports injuries, speed training and powerlifting. I have completed my Level 1 Strength and Conditioning qualification with the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA) and the CrossFit Level 1 trainer course. Over the years I’ve also gained experience in post-surgical rehab of the spine, hip, knee, shoulder, elbow, foot and ankle.

Additionally, I’ve completed further training in the areas of paediatrics, pregnancy/ postnatal care, pelvic health, and dry needling. As a new mother I have experienced firsthand the challenges of recovering from pregnancy and birth, whilst juggling parenthood with work and my sporting endeavours!

Outside of work, I love to run, lift weights, sing and play guitar. I also enjoy spending time exploring the outdoors with my family and love a good podcast.

Looking forward to Cultivating Good Health, Together!
